Plot M0103, or the Lighterman Tower as it is now known has just been completed on Greenwich Peninsula. This is CB Contracts 2nd development completed with Ardmore Construction in this area.
This development contains 225 residential units, 102 of which are private dwellings, 51 are intermediate units and 72 are social housing.

The tower stands at 23 storeys tall and without a working lift for the vast majority of the time we were on site, our fitters are now shadows of their former selves.

CB Contracts completed the flooring only on this project—on time and on budget.
